AUPA network - collective kitchens and the links between processing and production in urban agriculture

This webinar was organized by the Chair last summer as part of the "Urban agriculture and food insecurity" network that it has been leading since 2018. Different associations were asked to present their project, its mode of operation and to discuss the problems encountered.
